By accessing or using Chatbu.io ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and customers.
2. Description of Service
Chatbu provides an AI-powered chatbot platform that enables users to create, customize, and deploy chatbots trained on their own data. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to access most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; to send spam or unsolicited communications; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or to use automated tools to scrape or abuse the platform. Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account.
5. Payment & Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Chatbu and protected by intellectual property laws. Your content remains yours — by uploading content to the platform, you grant Chatbu a limited license to process and store it solely to provide the Service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we need to protect the security, integrity, or legal compliance of the Service. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chatbu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
